Employees of Transneft UW Service Receive Ready for Labour and Defense Badges

Transneft UW Service has held an awards ceremony for employees who received certificates of the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation and badges of the Ready for Labour and Defense All-Russian Physical Culture and Sports Complex (GTO).

    24 people took part in the testing, 18 of them earned badges of the Ready for Labour and Defense Complex of varying degrees: 4 gold, 9 silver and 5 bronze decorations.

    In the Prioksky sports and health complex in Nizhny Novgorod, Transneft UW Service’s employees aged 18–49 had to meet the standards in accordance with their age level for running, grenade throwing, long jumping, push-ups, swimming.

    The current year has been declared the Year of Occupational Safety in Transneft. Transneft UW Service is implementing measures in the area of improving working conditions and promoting sports and a healthy lifestyle, which includes the introduction of the Ready for Labor and Defense complex.
